Fritz Hendrik is the founder of Light Leadership, a leadership diagnostic and development company for leaders and entrepreneurs to mature their ambition, wisdom, and consciousness. He is also co-author of Peace Design, a practical guidebook to manifest peace inside out.

Previously, he was a professional dancer and choreographer for large media productions and a founding partner of a venture studio and a leadership coaching fellowship. He studied for years with the Concord Institute for Integral Studies in London and was ordained as a priest (Jero Mangku) in Bali in 2026, making a lifelong commitment to sacred service.

Born in Berlin and having lived across Europe and Asia, he continues his travels to learn from and support those he meets.
